PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our UPS Ground, Fedex Express, or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Any orders that exceed 4 products, or $500 in value will require an Adult Signature. This may delay your order, so please plan ahead. Our carriers do offer alternative pickup locations.
You can also make a request to remove the signature of a package via email or the note section at checkout. In that case, Black Orchid Denim is not liable for any missing items.
SHIPPING ORDER CONFIRMATION
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order online. Please allow up to one day for the tracking info to update.
P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO/DPO SHIPPING
We now ship to military addresses & P.O. boxes using UPS SurePost. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed.
We do not recommend shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses via Fedex.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipping internationally, just add items to your bag and then click on the CHECKOUT button. We will calculate and display your total including shipping costs. Any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country’s customs authority are not included and are due upon delivery.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be due to your country’s customs authority upon delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Black Orchid complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our venders. Due to restrictions from our financial partners, Black Orchid does not ship to the following countries:
