RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unwashed, unworn, unused and defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days upon receipt of merchandise for either exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 15 days will only be accepted at our discretion and would only qualify for a credit. Returned or exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original garment tags still attached. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label is included in all domestic (i.e. 48 contiguous United States) orders. We will gladly exchange like items and ship ground service to you at no additional charge (applicable in the US only). For Hawaii, Alaska, and International returns & exchanges please contact Customer Service Department 855.967.2443 or customerservice@blackorchiddenim.com.

All items purchased on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately we cannot accept merchandise returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Only those purchased from blackorchiddenim.com will be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

For your convenience, a pre-paid pre-addressed return label is included with your order to help make the return process hassle-free. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Complete the return form included in your package. Please advise a reason for the return and place the completed form in the box.
  2. Pack and seal your box securely and use the provided pre-paid return label and place it on the package.
  3. Take your package to any authorized FedEx location.

You can also send the merchandise back to us using any other traceable shipping method, at your expense. We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

An email confirmation will be sent to you once merchandise has been received and accepted. Kindly note upon receipt of returned goods, Black Orchid reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

EXCHANGES

Please contact us at customerservice@blackorchiddenim.com or call us at 855-967-2443 with your order number along with the style number and size you wish to exchange your merchandise for.

REFUND

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND OTHER FEES)

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise.” Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as “gift,” even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Orders placed Monday — Friday before 3PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday — Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Please note we do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. Additionally, customer service support may not be available these days. The following holidays are observed:
